Upon receipt of the completed Return Form, the Seller shall notify the Buyer that the return has been received as well as inform the Buyer of the decision made or the timeframe for making a decision.<\/li><li>If the Buyer and the Seller agree on the return of the Products to the Seller, the Buyer shall be obligated, within 14 days after sending the Return Form (or handing it over) to the Seller, to return the Products to the Seller by dropping them off at the Avemed.lv online store, located at 16 Plie\u0146ciema Street, M\u0101rupe, LV-2167. The Buyer shall be responsible for covering the costs associated with the return.<\/li><li><strong>The Seller shall refund to the Buyer the payments received from the Buyer<\/strong>, including delivery costs, if any, incurred in connection with the Return\u2014Courier Delivery, within 30 days from the date the Seller receives the completed Return Form (notice of withdrawal from the contract) from the Buyer, and once the Seller has received the returned Products that the Buyer is returning.
