These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the FITODROGA online store.
By placing an order on our website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and Prices
The products available for purchase, their descriptions and prices are displayed on the FITODROGA website.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.
FITODROGA reserves the right to update product information, prices and availability. Changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Placing an Order
To place an order, the Buyer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart and completes the checkout process.
Before confirming the order, the Buyer has the opportunity to review the selected products, quantities, delivery information and total price.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to process and deliver the order.
After successfully placing an order, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation by email.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through Montonio.
Depending on the options available at checkout, payment methods may include:
- bank payment;
- payment card;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay.
The available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
5. Delivery
FITODROGA delivers orders within Latvia and other European Union countries.
In Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Finland, delivery to parcel lockers may be available through Omniva, DPD and Smartposti.
For other European Union countries, orders are delivered by courier.
Free delivery is available for orders from €20.

6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the conditions and exceptions established by applicable law.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day the Buyer, or a third party indicated by the Buyer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform FITODROGA of the decision to withdraw from the purchase within the applicable withdrawal period.

The Buyer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Return Conditions
The Buyer is responsible for handling the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The Buyer may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided by law, including certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
This exception is applied only where the relevant legal requirements are met.

8. Refunds
If the Buyer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, FITODROGA will refund the payments received in accordance with applicable law.
FITODROGA may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or the Buyer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If the Buyer receives a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@fitodroga.com and provide the order details and information about the issue.
Consumer rights regarding goods that do not conform to the contract remain unaffected by these Terms & Conditions.
10. Customer Account
Customers may create an account on the FITODROGA website.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping login details confidential.
The availability of an account does not prevent customers from purchasing without an account where guest checkout is available.
Personal data associated with customer accounts is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
11. Loyalty Programme
FITODROGA may offer a customer loyalty programme.
Specific benefits, eligibility requirements and conditions of the loyalty programme will be communicated separately where applicable.
Participation in the loyalty programme may be subject to additional terms.

Personal data provided when placing an order, creating an account or otherwise using the website is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
