Shipping
We deliver orders within Latvia and other European Union countries.
In Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Finland, orders can be delivered to parcel lockers using available Omniva, DPD and Smartposti delivery services.
For other European Union countries, orders are delivered by courier.
Free delivery is available for orders from €20.

Returns
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day the Buyer, or a third party indicated by the Buyer, has received the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by writing to info@fitodroga.com.
The Buyer must retain proof of purchase and provide it together with the returned product.

The Buyer is responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the goods.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.
